A landlord and a tenant need the same lease, the same payment record and the same utility bill, and almost none of the same controls over any of them.

One schema over properties, units, leases, payments, utilities and announcements, with two portals on top of it. A unit's availability follows from its lease rather than being a field someone remembers to update, which is the kind of thing that goes wrong first in a rental system.

I fixed the tenant logout redirect and wrote the project and codebase documentation.
